How does your guild handle loot? We have a very clear 'roll for loot' procedure. Anyone who participates may roll for gear. No loot council, no DKP, no points of any kind.
What can your guild offer me? We are a raiding community that has lasted for years. The leadership that pushed us through World of Warcraft raids has been with us since 2007. New members are coming into a community that has persisted through many different changes, and even through different games. In short, we offer unmatched durability.
What do you expect from me as a member? As a raider, we have some basic expectations from you. Teamwork and communication is extremely important in a raiding guild, so Ventrilo is required (Exceptions can be made for people with auditory disability).
You must have some level of patience. Understand that progression takes persistence and time, and that not every week will be a success.
Most importantly, you MUST be able to take feedback, and improve yourself with the knowledge. If you wipe a raid, we will tell you. If your character build is a joke, we will tell you. IF YOU STAND IN FIRE, WE WILL TELL YOU! Use this information to improve yourself!
What is your trial process like? If your application is accepted, you will be invited to the guild under an applicant rank. During your time in the guild we will monitor your performance and character to decide if our guild is the right place for you. The trial process does not have a set time, but it typically takes three to five weeks.
What is your average raider like? Most of our core members have been together for years. We have refined our raiding ability in that time and openly give each other advice. A vast majority of that advice includes constructive criticism. We demand self-motivation. With such an open environment, it is easy to teach each other how to improve ourselves. Outside of raids we have a profound sense of camaraderie. We are all friends and often group together for other tasks like running dungeons and PvPing.
What are your raid times? Our raid times will fluctuate as needed. Ask a current guild member or officer for more details.
